Creative Shape Studio is a lightweight generative design tool that turns simple parameters into complex visual forms. It’s built for exploration, experimentation, and fast creation of abstract shapes.
It’s built around two main generators: Blob and Brush Frame.
Blob Generator
The Blob mode lets users create organic, flowing shapes by adjusting parameters like:
- Number of points
- Smoothness
- Random offset
- Width and height
- Foreground and background colors
With a single click, users can generate new variations, making it ideal for abstract UI elements or visual accents.
Brush Frame Generator
The Brush Frame mode focuses on edge-based effects, simulating textured or painted borders.
Users can control:
- Edge thickness and blur
- Noise scale and type (Perlin, Simplex, Random)
- Fractal settings (octaves, persistence, lacunarity)
- Affected edges (top, bottom, left, right)
- Seed-based randomness for reproducibility
This creates rich, textured masks that feel more like “grown” visuals than drawn ones.
Real-Time Procedural Design
Both tools rely on procedural generation and canvas rendering, meaning every adjustment updates the shape instantly. The result is a fast, interactive design loop between control and randomness.
Users can also export results as PNGs (including transparent backgrounds) and SVGs for use in design workflows.
